Fostering a work environment that is diverse, inclusive and equitable is of paramount importance to Fujitsu.


We collect demographic data as part of our recruitment process, as it helps us to understand elements of our recruitment practices that we can improve on, to better support applicants in the recruitment process.


There will be no consequence to you should you decide not to disclose this information. We appreciate the collection of your personal information is extremely sensitive. All data will be handled from start to finish in accordance with our strict Privacy Policy. This means data will be stored securely and will not be used to identify individuals. No individual advantage or disadvantage will be gained, nor will it be used to inform decision making processes related to any individual. The data in this questionnaire will not be used by the people involved in managing your application and/or the recruitment process, and the data will only be reviewed in a consolidated and anonymised format.


Only the Fujitsu VP of People & Culture, the Fujitsu Head of Office of Purpose and the managers of our recruitment function will be able to access any disaggregated, identifiable demographic information. Any demographic information made available to People & Culture personnel and Office of Purpose members and/or used for reporting will be anonymised and aggregated so no individual can be identified.


Fujitsu will use the anonymous demographic information it collects to measure current policy effectiveness and enable a continuous development approach to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. It will also be used to make data-informed decisions about the future direction and aspirations of the business, helping form a more inclusive overall business strategy.
